Grab a cup of coffee and stroll around Disney's BoardWalk Inn, looping to Disney's Yacht & Beach Resort, and back to your room to get ready for a productive day of meetings. Meeting at Disney’s Contemporary Resort or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa? Both of these resorts are located on a peaceful walking path past Disney’s Magic Kingdom and around the Seven Seas Lagoon. Or, check out the fully-equipped fitness center at your resort. Start the day energized to share new ideas, brainstorm with your teammates, and inspired to chart new paths.
During the Day
Your attendees’ days are chock full of general sessions and breakout rooms, all while balancing a busy inbox. Make sure to incorporate healthy breaks to allow time for rest, fun, and recharging. This is the perfect time to schedule in a networking hour and wellness break. Work with our Catering experts to create a menu with energizing snacks and hydrating drinks to fuel your attendees’ afternoon.
