Meetings at Disney's Contemporary Resort (Florida)
Inspired by Walt Disney's classic movie, each of the three main rooms feature large, colorfully painted back-lit panels depicting famous scenes from the film. The ballroom boasts 42,336 square feet of meeting space and can seat over 4,000 guests. It can also be subdivided to host up to 15 simultaneous breakout sessions, with options for three large sections of 10,488 square feet and 12 smaller rooms of 816 square feet each.

With over 7,068 square feet of meeting space, the Sorcerer's Apprentice Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests for banquets and up to 744 for receptions. For smaller meetings and events, the Ballroom can be sectioned off into three separate rooms, each with approximately 2,200 square feet of function space.
