As part of our ongoing Unexpected Event Venue series, you’ll be introduced to a dynamic and unique space at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California or Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii. 

In honor of the U.S. Independence Day, we are proud to introduce this unexpected event venue. Introducing: The American Adventure Rotunda.

A quick trip from the Disney convention resorts, Epcot is home to a variety of private event venues that immerse attendees in a world of cultural wonder and history. Located in the American Adventure Pavilion in World Showcase, this stunning venue can be utilized for morning or evening galas, receptions, or networking events for groups ranging from 100 to 450 guests. A truly inspired space, the space showcases fine Georgian architecture and features a soaring dome ceiling and white columns that give it an unmistakable air of distinction. 

Every heart beats true for the red, white, and blue as this venue shares the richness of our nation’s history. The classic elegance of colonial America is illustrated through works of art and patriotic quotes that adorn the walls around the rotunda. 

The venue’s iconic domed cupola can be lit up like the starry night sky to resemble the American flag. Or, company or organization logos and other scenic depictions may also be projected to provide a mesmerizing atmosphere for attendees. 

Guests can enjoy various contemporary and regional delicacies from around the United States or enjoy a traditional American feast, all prepared by the award-winning Disney culinary team. Additionally, cocktails, including beer, wine, and specialty beverages, can be added to create a premium event experience. 

Events in the American Adventure Rotunda may be enhanced with several entertainment options, such as a living statue resembling one of the nation’s iconic historical figures. A red carpet can also be rolled out for arrival, with hosts Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse dressed in their colonial best. 

Attendees’ spirits can be lifted with a performance by the nationally-acclaimed Voices of Liberty, who sing inspirational a cappella arrangements of classic American tunes.  

This unexpected event venue gives meeting and event planners the ability to arrange elements to fit their group, timeline, and budget to keep attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor, and entertainment can be tailored to the planner’s preferences.
