Inspired by the latest sparkling color trend, the Rose Gold Gathering event concept was a fan favorite. Rose gold linens added the perfect touch of sparkle, while floral arrangements in vibrant purples, blues, pinks and greens gave the space a whimsical feeling. Did you know that Disney’s in-house floral team provides all of the gorgeous florals for our meetings and events? You can even have additional floral arrangements delivered to your guests’ rooms in order to provide a special surprise and delight moment. This event’s elegant and trendy combination of jewel tones will dazzle your attendees and ensure that your event is remembered for years to come.
Our enchanted garden party completely transformed a large-scale venue into a floral masterpiece. This private event concept was enveloped in the beauty of nature and truly embraced the spirit of springtime. From the smallest details such as place settings and menus to large props such as wrought-iron garden gates, attendees were entranced by all the sensory details in this fully immersive space. Reminiscent of a beautiful night in Central Park, this inspirational concept allowed the planners to arrange various elements to fit their timeline and budget in order to keep attendees engaged and excited.
Finally, attendees fell down the rabbit hole and into Wonderland with our Mad Tea Party Event concept. With oversized chairs, captivating props, and a themed backdrop, groups were absolutely delighted by the intricate level of detail in the setting and décor. Entertainment was key to this event concept with classic characters such as the Mad Hatter, talking Doorknob and of course Alice, herself making appearances. Signature catering and beverages such as “painting the roses red” cupcakes and “tea cup” tiramisu put the finishing touches on our final fan-favorite event concept.
