With packed agendas, meeting and convention attendees are always looking to make the most of their free time while visiting Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Since the holiday season just around the corner, now is the perfect time for your attendees to take full advantage of the new “Show Your Badge” program at Disney Springs!

What is the Disney Springs “Show Your Badge” Program?

This program was created as way for meeting and convention groups throughout Central Florida to enjoy discounts and benefits from a wide variety of Disney Springs locations. Offers range from discounts to free gifts with purchase, and they include both food and beverage and retail locations. There is no cost to participate and no minimum purchase required (unless otherwise listed) to enjoy this program.

To participate, your attendees simply need to provide their meeting/conference credential (typically a name tag with both the guest and conference names printed on it) to any of the participating organizations and request the incentive being offered. Offer valid only during dates of conference. For questions about program eligibility, please contact Disney Springs Sales Strategy Manager Kurt Steinfeldt by phone at (407) 934-5322 or by email at kurt.steinfeldt@disney.com. Group leaders are encouraged to share their plans to visit Disney Springs in advance to ensure an optimal Guest experience.

See below for a list of the discounts and benefits currently being offered across Disney Springs. Current list of offers is good through June 30, 2019, but all are subject to change without notice:

With an eclectic mix of unique boutiques with Disney-inspired gifts, brand name outlets, and Disney-themed shops, attendees can find something for everyone on their holiday shopping list. And, after completing all their shopping needs, attendees can experience all the new dining and entertainment features that are new to Disney Springs this holiday season!

Shopping

The World of Disney store was recently transformed into a distinctly Disney retail environment that is a contemporary, immersive, and fun place to shop for this year’s Disney Parks Holiday collection. Familiar favorites such as playful headwear, accessories and even “ugly” sweaters will join new products that offer a dose of Disney holiday magic. For home entertaining, new dinnerware, including serving dishes, dinner plates and bowls, will make a splash during holiday meals.

With over 100 retailers located at Disney Springs, attendees will be able to find a gift for everyone on their holiday shopping list.

Entertainment

The Disney Springs Christmas Tree Trail returns this year through January 6, 2019, where you can discover 27 holiday trees – each inspired by a Disney Character or theme. You can capture one-of-a-kind photo ops during a walk-through experience featuring music, falling snow, festive trees, and more. Begin your tour near the play fountain outside Once Upon a Toy in the Marketplace.

Dining

With over 60 dining locations to choose from, you won’t go hungry during your shopping spree! And, if you’re looking for limited-time holiday sips, sweets, and snacks during your shopping adventure, check out this list as your festive Foodie Guide!
