Deconstructed Dishes & Culinary Delights

Any Epcot festival would not be complete without unique marketplaces serving up culinary delights bursting with bright hues and flavors. This year, festival goers can enjoy 12 Food Studios each offering a delicious variety of treats that are a feast for the senses. Visit The Deconstructed Dish to try the sweet treat shown above – a deconstructed strawberry cheesecake featuring whipped New York style cheesecake with fresh Florida strawberries and sugar cookies with Micro-basil (KA). You can also enjoy additional abstract fare such as deconstructed versions of popular sandwiches; the Reuben and the BLT.

New to the festival this year is the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Take a technicolor tour around Epcot and collect 5 stamps in your Festival Passport from participating locations. After you’ve completed the stroll visit Decadent Delights to collect your colorful culinary prize! Want to plan ahead for your visit? View the festival menus for each of the Food Studios here.
