#2. La Vida Health Club 

Looking to stay active while you’re visiting for a meeting or convention? This resort has you covered with a complimentary 24-hour fitness center, fitted with state-of-the-art Life Fitness cardio machines. In addition, a variety of free weights and weighted machines are available.

You may have traveled to Walt Disney World for a meeting or convention, but don’t forget to treat yourself, too! Located next to the fitness center, the La Vida Health Club offers a variety of spa and salon services for men and women. 

#3. Rix Sports Bar & Grill

#5. Jogging Trail 

Begin your morning at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort with a scenic run or walk along the 0.75-mile trail that loops around Lago Dorado. With beautiful plants and flowers surrounding this Spanish oasis, the trail provides a perfect tour of the resort grounds. For a longer outing, there is an additional section of the jogging trail that leads to the Ranchos and Cabanas resort room buildings and reveals an idyllic wetlands area.
