Upon entering this joyous event, attendees are surprised and delighted by the sensation of falling snow as they pass through a wintery rustic arch with evergreen trees.
Perhaps the most striking element of this incredible event is the glowing tables located throughout the room, which radiate an ice blue glow that illuminate the entire event space. “Attendees were truly transported into a winter wonderland,” said Andrew Lammes, Senior Disney Event Consultant. “Each event element truly complemented the other to create a completely immersive experience.”
With no detail too minuscule, our event designers even went as far as to lower the temperature of the room to further immerse attendees into this frosty experience.
Even the centerpieces on the tables are designed with a wintry theme in mind. Square glass vases are filled with crystal blue marbles and adorned with fluffy white hydrangeas to set the scene for this truly immersive event experience.
Available for groups of all sizes, this customizable experience can be held at nearly any Disney event venue. The event gives planners the ability to adjust and arrange décor packages, group activity options and even character appearances.
