At Disney Meetings, we take classic stories and create powerful and unforgettable experiences for your attendees. Whether it’s an imaginative reception in wonderland or a vibrant Jazz Age event, we are constantly looking for the latest and greatest ways to provide incredible meeting and event experiences. By combining our passion for creating immersive experiences with our expertise in storytelling, our event designers can craft a customized event that will leave a greater return on your event or meeting investment.
In honor of International Talk Like a Pirate Day we are excited to share our latest featured event theme: Swashbuckling Soirée.
The adventure begins when attendees enter through large rustic doors to discover a beached pirate ship and a rowdy band of pirates. Rum barrels, cannons, and dock pilings are scattered about while at the center of the room, a realistic galleon mast stands tall with its base designed to replicate a ship’s deck.
Gold doubloons and tropical floral centerpieces adorn the tables while attendees can enjoy a meal fit for a pirate with themed menu items and specialty cocktails.
This completely customizable experience gives meeting and event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their location, timeline and budget, all while keeping attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor and entertainment can be tailored to the group’s preferences. This experience is available for groups of varying sizes and can be held at one of our unique Disney venues.
We're eager to help you create the perfect meeting or private event for any size group, theme and objective.
