At Disney Meetings, our team creates magical moments every day that leave attendees feeling engaged and inspired. We take our classic beloved stories and turn them into unique, themed event experiences that completely immerse meeting and event attendees. Whether it’s a hauntingly spooky dinner or an enchanting affair in a winter wonderland, by combining our passion for creating memorable experiences with our expertise in storytelling, our event designers can craft a customized event to deliver a specific message.

In celebration of this week’s release of Disney’s Alice Through the Looking Glass, we are pleased to share one of our most imaginative featured event themes: Alice in Wonderland.

Once attendees have playfully navigated the hedge maze adorned with whimsical flowers, they enter an elegant English Garden with tables and chairs fit for a royal tea party. Zany teapots, cups and saucers, and lanterns overhead reveal the Mad Hatter’s love for eccentric and vibrant décor.

Centerpieces decorated with fanciful flowers line the table while attendees can enjoy perfectly themed bites and cocktails, like the bleeding heart sangria.

Available for groups of all sizes, this customizable experience can be held at many Disney event venues. Certain elements can also be added to give this event a little something extra, like having Alice and The Mad Hatter stop by to join in the fun. There’s also the option to add the magical door and talking doorknob character, who insists that you must answer nonsensical questions to obtain entry into the event.

This featured event theme gives meeting and event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their location, timeline and budget, all while keeping attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor and entertainment can be tailored to the group’s preferences.
