One way that our event designers orchestrate memorable moments is by immersing attendees into an iconic setting from a beloved Disney film. Our latest featured event theme transports attendees to a mystical, far-away land inspired by the Disney animated classic, Peter Pan. 

Introducing: A Neverland Reception.

Drawing inspiration from the Darling family home in turn of the century London, attendees begin the reception by entering the nursery of Wendy, John, and Michael Darling. Decorated with antique trinkets and children’s toys, this early 20^th century English bedroom setting reminds attendees of a past era. Adding whimsical, pastel floral arrangements and plush toys for an extra magical touch, this charming room is a “darling” way to begin the event.

After dining on light appetizers and sipping specialty cocktails, it’s time to “take flight” from the Darling Nursery to Neverland. As attendees follow the second star to the right and straight on til morning, the adventure continues when they enter the next ballroom area and discover the enchanting island of Neverland.

Dinner is served in the home of the Lost Boys, surrounded by the Mermaid Lagoon’s waterfall and the lush forest greenery. With no detail too small, this grand feast is served on a giant leaf place setting, brown shimmery table cloth, and other nature-inspired elements. Not only does this immersive setting transport attendees to a mystical island, but the scenic backdrops provide perfect photograph opportunities. 

It’s a pirate’s life for Captain Hook and his crew! Enhanced experiences can be added to the Neverland adventure with a visit from merry musicians over the course of the meal. These live musical buccaneers are sure to have attendees dancing and clapping along to their sea shanties. 

Dinner entrees and desserts are prepared by Disney’s award-winning culinary team. Meeting and event planners can choose to create a custom menu for their group, or they can select from a variety of signature tasting menus.

This completely customizable experience gives meeting and event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their location, timeline, and budget to keep attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor, and entertainment can be tailored to the group’s preferences. This experience is available for groups of varying sizes and can be held at one of our unique Disney venues.
