Featured Event Theme: A Frozen-Inspired Event

One way that our event designers orchestrate memorable moments is by immersing attendees into an iconic setting from a beloved Disney film. Our latest featured event theme transports attendees into the wondrous, wintry setting of Arendelle. Introducing: A Frozen-inspired event, based on the story of Anna and Elsa.

This enchanting event concept was created exclusively for events held at any Disney convention hotel or Theme Park venue. Loosely based on the popular Disney animated film, Frozen, our event designers recently developed an enchanting themed dinner concept that’s tailored for adults, complete with elegant décor and a deliciously-themed menu.

While the event can be created at many of Disney’s private event spaces, the awe-inspiring décor pairs particularly well with the exclusive setting of the Norway Loft, a private event venue located within Epcot’s Norway Pavilion, the very country that inspired much of the Frozen film. This venue can host up to 80 attendees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner events, or up to 120 attendees for a reception.

Upon entering the highly-immersive event venue, attendees will be mesmerized by every magical detail. The room is surrounded by scintillating curtains and frost-covered evergreen trees to create a truly intimate setting. Snowflakes are projected onto the ceiling to add a special touch to the wintertime atmosphere. Whimsical, white flower arrangements and beautiful snowflake ice sculptures adorn the elegant table.

Attendees will also be able to savor every aspect of a royal dinner fit for the Queen and Princess of Arendelle. Event planners can team up with Disney’s award-winning culinary team to create a dream-worthy dinner and dessert menu for their event.

Some of the kingdom’s favorite delicacies can be added to the menu, such as mixed salad from the castle gardens, Wagyu beef medallions, and shrimp, mussels, and scallops from the seas of Arendelle.

After dinner, attendees can network and relax by sipping ice-cold beverages and cocktails at the ice bar, specially-created for this event. As an added enhancement to this breathtaking event, attendees can meet Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf through an exclusive event appearance. Or, attendees can be escorted to a private viewing area for Epcot’s nightly fireworks spectacular, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Walt Disney World Resort.

This private group dining experience gives event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their location, timeline and budget, all while keeping attendees engaged and excited.
