Theme #1. Monsters, Inc.
Inspired by the Disney•Pixar film Monsters, Inc., your attendees will become Monsters-in-Training with access to the replica “scare floor” of Monsters Incorporated. Attendees will become a part of the show as their Monster Trainer hosts challenge them to a series of interactive, monster activities to collect energy for their “scream canisters”.
In between activities, “monsters” will perform in original dance numbers created exclusively for this event. After completing their training, attendees will be surprised to find Characters Sulley and Mike ready to congratulate them as official employees!
Theme #2. Hollywood Tower Hotel
From the moment attendees enter the venue, they will be whisked back in time to 1939 during the Golden Age of Hollywood. As the story unfolds of one stormy night long ago, when five people stepped in the door of a hotel elevator and disappeared, your group will be able to experience the same glamorous event leading up to that night at The Tip Top Club at The Hollywood Tower Hotel.
With an eerie fog and antique props to decorate the room, a live band and atmosphere actors to entertain your Guests, and a clever menu with courses such as the “Bell Hop”, “Elevator Ride to the Top”, and the “Main Lobby”, your attendees are in for an evening of thrills!
Theme #3. Club Evil
Imagine your attendees sipping a Poison Appletini with the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs or indulging in Velvet Cakes with Dalmatian Chips alongside Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians. At your group’s private event, the Disney Divas of Evil become your hosts for the evening at their very own “Club Evil”.
These villainous vixens welcome all those who dare to enter their menacing lair for an evening of wicked fun, including themed cocktails and desserts, photo opportunities with each diva’s throne, and elaborate show numbers featuring villainous vocals and devilish dancing.
Theme #4. Fall Harvest Festival
Get your attendees in the spirit of the fall season with a Fall Harvest Festival! Perfect for any outdoor venue, this quaint, rustic event concept will delight your attendees. With a pumpkin-carving artist, dancing scarecrow performers, a design-your-own candied apple station, fun carnival games, and a surprise visit from Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their fall attire, your attendees are in for a real treat!
Theme #5. Ghost Light
Your attendees will marvel at this new event, referred to as “Ghost Light: A Disney Musical Revue”. In true theatrical tradition, a single light shines on a dimly lit stage. When it flickers, the director explains that according to theater lore, this “ghost light” must remain lit at all times to prevent the spirits of past performances from flooding the theater with hilarious antics and creating havoc before the next show can go on.
When the light goes out, your attendees will realize that a little “ghostly” magic has indeed occurred—and the spirits of past performances now embody “the community players” who are milling about. Throughout this event, the spirits of Disney stories inhabit the theater and bring it to life, singing and dancing to classic Disney musical numbers your attendees are sure to recognize.
