With a breakfast or lunch holiday party package, specially-priced group ticket options, and holiday Theme Park experiences, there are many alternative options to our Winter Wonderland Holiday Event Package for private group catered events. 

Let’s take a look at the many ways groups can creatively celebrate the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort: 

Breakfast and Lunch Holiday Party Packages 

Available any time during the year, groups can host a breakfast or lunch holiday celebration at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center. 

This customizable party package is available for groups of 20 to 200 guests and starts at $34, plus service fees and taxes, per person for breakfast events and $55, plus service fees and taxes, per person for lunch events held Mondays through Thursdays during the holiday season (higher food and beverage expenditure for events held Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). 

Breakfast Options

For their breakfast event, planners can choose from The Basic Continental, The European Continental, and The Deluxe Continental. Or, for a completely customized experience, planners can select The Create Your Own Breakfast Experience, which includes options such as vegetable frittatas, breakfast quesadillas, Mickey waffles, French toast, and more. Additional breakfast menu enhancements are available. 

Lunch Options

The lunch buffet menu features a twist on traditional holiday fare with many options to please a variety of palates – such as New England clam chowder, yankee braised pot roast, herb panko crusted on North Atlantic cod, roasted baby new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and holiday dessert selections. Exciting holiday dessert enhancements can be added to an existing buffet, including a molecular gastronomy dessert station, contemporary “spirit” of Christmas chocolate station with Grand Marnier or Kahlua, or a sweet finish gelato action station.

Best of all, the package includes everything an event planner needs to pull off an unforgettable experience, including the event venue, select festive décor, food and beverage, and legendary Disney service, all built into the single per-person price. It all translates to value and convenience.

Specially-Priced Group Tickets

Beyond the ballroom, planners can take their holiday celebration to another level by giving attendees an experience at a Disney Theme Park through specially-priced group tickets. Groups can choose between two partial-day ticket options:

Groups can select After 2 p.m. Park Tickets, which allows admission to one Walt Disney World Theme Park after 2 p.m. for one day. Groups can choose to visit Magic Kingdom OR Epcot OR Disney’s Hollywood Studios OR Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for $84** per person, or a multi-park Park Hopper Option for $139** per person. (These prices include tax.)

Or, groups can select Twilight Park Tickets, which allows admission to one Walt Disney World Theme Park after 5 p.m. for one day. Groups can choose to visit Magic Kingdom OR Epcot OR Disney’s Hollywood Studios OR Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for $59** per person. (These prices include tax.)

**Prices include tax. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and exclude activities/events separately priced. Must be used by 12/31/2018 but after that date, the amount paid for an unused ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new standard ticket available at our theme park ticket windows at the then current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Holiday Theme Park Experiences

After purchasing tickets, Groups can experience new holiday festivities at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot this year. And, consider hosting a private group reception or dessert party at one of the many unique venue locations inside the Theme Parks. Groups can enjoy the benefits of relaxing and networking in a festive, decorated space that also serves as a private viewing area in Epcot to watch “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth”, which will feature a special holiday finale.
