Located at Disney Springs, this new restaurant is conveniently located a few minutes away via complimentary transportation from our convention resorts. The entire restaurant is representative of Andrés roots, including the inviting exterior which was designed to resemble Andrés’ wife’s favorite vegetable: an artichoke. Attendees will feel immersed into Spanish culture upon entering this vibrant and dynamic, multi-level space. With indoor and outdoor semi-private dining spaces, the flexible layout can accommodate groups with a variety of seating options. From authentic Spanish floor tiles to signature foosball tables and a bar overlooking an oversized mural of a matador, each detail was carefully planned to keep guests captivated. 

Croquetas de pollo, classic Spanish chicken fritters are among the most popular dishes. These tasty bite sized treats are served on a pillow (a nod to the pillow and glass slipper scene in the classic Disney movie, Cinderella). Each dish is accompanied by an interesting story. The delectable tapas are perfect for attendees to share. The famous wood fired paella, which is visible from the dining room, is also among the spotlight dishes. Chef Andrés helped his father cook paella as a child and mastered the art of controlling the heat from the open fire which is key in creating the perfect consistency.
