For attendees looking for a little “tee time” with their group, FootGolf is a fun alternative to a traditional golf experience. For the very first time, Walt Disney World® Golf operated by Arnold Palmer Golf Management is offering the game of FootGolf to guests at Disney’s Oak Trail golf course. After a busy day of meetings, groups of 16 to 88 (average group size 20 to 40) can engage in this team bonding activity.

What is FootGolf?
FootGolf is the trendiest new experience available to groups at Walt Disney World Resort. It is a precision sport, combining soccer and golf. The rules are very similar to those of golf, with bunkers, hazards, and golf course characteristics that help increase the challenge of the game. The goal is to kick a soccer ball into a 21” diameter cup. The fewest kicks to hole wins, similar to the rules of golf.
The Disney Difference
Disney’s Oak Trail FootGolf course measures in at 1,240 yards over a par for the course of 35 with a challenging selection of par 3’s, 4’s and 5’s. Traditional golf is played to the Blue pin flags at Disney’s Oak Trail course while FootGolf is identified by its official color of Orange. There are no forced carries over any waterways on any of the nine holes, therefore, young or old, it is fun for the whole group!
If you need a snack break in between rounds, there are water stations, vending stations, and refreshment carts to keep you hydrated and satiated along the way!
Groups can also customize their FootGolf experience by incorporating the activity into a fundraiser event.
Disney’s FootGolf course is certified by the American FootGolf League (AFGL), the governing body for the sport of FootGolf in the USA. Also certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary, this golf course showcases natural views of wildlife – you may spot an armadillo, wild turkey, hawk, osprey, or other animals native to Florida!
