At Disney Meetings, we are always looking for new ways to deliver quality service to meeting and event attendees. With the exciting announcements surrounding new transportation options, getting around is more convenient and accessible than ever before at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California. These time-saving options will allow attendees to maximize their free time during a packed schedule of meetings and events.

Let's explore the benefits each transportation option has to offer:

Transportation Options at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida:

Minnie Van Service

Walt Disney World Resort roadways just got a little more fun with the official launch of Minnie Van service. This new transportation service is now available for attendees staying at Disney's BoardWalk Resort and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

Through a collaboration with Lyft, attendees at these resorts can arrange their own private Disney vehicle right from the Lyft app on their smartphone. With Minnie Van service, Disney Cast Members can drive attendees anywhere around Walt Disney World Resort. This service accommodates up to six guests.

Minnie Van service will be available between 6:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. (subject to change). Guests staying at Disney's BoardWalk Resort and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts can learn more by visiting their Bell Services desk.

Disney Skyliner is a grand, state-of-the-art complimentary gondola system that conveniently connects Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and other locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot.

As another exciting reason to travel via this new transportation option, many of the Disney Skyliner gondolas feature favorite Disney characters, so attendees can travel in Disney style!
