Business Solutions & Events Lead Generation Campaign

Terms and Conditions

1. The Business Solutions & Events Free Hong Kong Disneyland Park Ticket and Premium Campaign ("Campaign") will run from March 22, 2012 to March 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) ("Campaign Period"). Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (Address: Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Lantau Island, Hong Kong) is the organizer of this Campaign ("Organizer").
2. Only persons who are 18 years of age or above are eligible to participate in this Campaign (each a "Participant").
3. To participate in this Campaign, each Participant is required to complete and submit an online survey and registration form on this Campaign's web site at [URL] during the Campaign Period.
4. Each Participant may submit one survey and one registration form only in this Campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submissions by the Participants which are late, misdirected, incomplete, duplicated, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid or if any information stated in the survey or the registration form is incomplete, inaccurate or false.
5. By participating in this Campaign, each Participant understands and agrees that his/her personal information may be used by the Organizer and any entity that controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with the Organizer ("Affiliate") to send the Organizer's or its Affiliate's marketing or promotional materials to the Participant.
6. The first 200 Participants who complete the online survey and registration form will be the winners of this Campaign ("Winners"). Each Winner will be awarded one complimentary admission ticket ("Complimentary Ticket") valid for one-day admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park"), which is valid for 6 months from the issue date (except for block-out dates). All other Participants (i.e. those Participants who are not Winners) who have successfully completed and submitted the online survey and the registration form during the Campaign Period will be awarded a Hong Kong Disneyland premium ("Premium").
7. If the Organizer elects in its sole and absolute discretion to deliver the Complimentary Ticket or Premium (as the case may be) to the Participant by post or by courier, the Participant shall bear all risk of loss, damage, theft and delay once delivered, and the Organizer shall not be liable for any compensation with respect to such loss, damage, theft or delay.
8. All expenses not specifically provided for herein including but not limited to transportation to the Park or the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, food and beverages, tax, gratuities, insurance, parking, merchandise, service charges and telephone calls are the Participants' sole responsibility. All taxes (including, without limitation, withholding taxes, income taxes, value-added tax, goods and services tax and import duties and fees, as applicable) on or connected with any Complimentary Ticket or Premium, and the reporting consequences thereof are the sole and exclusive responsibility of each Participant.
9. The Complimentary Tickets and Premiums may not be substituted (in whole or in part) or redeemed for cash or any other items, except at the Organizer's sole and absolute discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to award, in the Organizer's sole discretion and without prior notice, a substitute prize (or portion thereof) of an equal or greater value for whatever reason, including, without limitation, unavailability of the Complimentary Tickets or Premium (as the case may be).
10. Issue of the Complimentary Tickets and admission to the Park are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com and printed on the Park Guidemap. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths or Guest Relations locations of the Park. The Organizer may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order or if the Organizer considers that the circumstances so require. The Complimentary Tickets are not transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not for resale.
11. The Organizer will attempt to notify those Participants who have successfully completed and submitted the online survey and the registration form of the result of this Campaign within 4 weeks from the end of the Campaign Period with the contact information submitted by the Participants in this Campaign, provided that neither the Organizer nor any of its Affiliates will be responsible for any failure to notify any Winner or Participant, whether such failure is caused by the Organizer's or any Affiliate's negligence or otherwise or by any human error.
12. For verification purposes, Participants may be asked to present their identification documents upon redemption and/or use of the Complimentary Ticket or Premium (as the case may be).
13. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any persons in any of the following categories to participate in this Campaign or to be awarded the Complimentary Ticket or Premium: (a) persons who are the directors, officers or employees of the Organizer or any Affiliate, persons who are engaged in the administration, development, production or distribution of this Campaign, and persons who are directors, officers or employees of any advertising or promotion agency associated with this Campaign; (b) persons who were or are on-site directors, officers or employees of any third party operator at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort; and (c) persons who are family members (including spouse, or biological, adoptive or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or any dependant under any applicable income tax law) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household, whether an immediate family member or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories.
14. Decisions as to the selection of Winners and the award of the Complimentary Tickets or Premiums are subject to the Organizer's sole and absolute discretion and the Organizer's decisions on these matters shall be final and conclusive.
15. Neither the Organizer nor any Affiliate shall be liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or any Affiliate or otherwise) or any personal injury or death arising (whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with this Campaign or any of the Complimentary Tickets or Premiums including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, any loss or damage arising from any failure to receive or process any entry; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party; or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the postal system even if the Organizer or any Affiliate has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
16. This Campaign is offered in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR") only. Neither the Organizer nor any Affiliate makes any representation that participation in this Campaign is appropriate or available in other locations and this Campaign is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such a Campaign is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in this Campaign do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
17. Except as otherwise specifically amended by these Terms and Conditions, participation in this Campaign shall be governed by the Terms of Use applicable to this Campaign's web site. Personal data collected through this Campaign will be held, processed and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this Campaign's web site. Each Participant agrees that information and materials submitted in connection with this Campaign may be transferred to any Affiliate and maintained in the servers located in the United States.
18. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Organizer's interpretation which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this Campaign.
19. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions or to terminate or suspend this Campaign at any time without any prior notice.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
