Rounding out a refresh of our Disneyland Resort catering menus, the Catering & Convention Services team has announced a re-imagined menu of delightful dishes for meeting attendees at the Disneyland Hotel.

The new menu brings the perfect mix of new and classic Disney favorites! Subtly hinting to the history of the Disneyland Resort, the new offerings will delight attendees of all taste preferences and make for an experience their taste buds will not soon forget. Let’s take a look at the new offerings!

Begin your day of meetings with a delightful spread of breakfast items in buffet, station, or plated style. You can pick from sweet options like classic Mickey Waffles or scones, or for a savory selection, the Big Thunder Breakfast offers Apple Wood Smoked Bacon and Home Style Potatoes.

Turn your lunch break into a fun experience for your attendees with a buffet such as the Retro Back Yard BBQ. Or, bring some Disney magic to your luncheon with one of our plated lunches inspired by classic Disneyland attractions such as Space Mountain or the world famous Jungle Cruise.

Why not bring a touch of the Theme Parks to your meeting or event with a Refreshment Break Package inspired by “A Day in the Park”. From Classic Cinnamon Churros to the Disneyland Hotel’s Signature Dole Whip Churro, your attendees will be blown away by this sensational mid-day break offering.

Continue to taste your way through the Disneyland Resort with the Disneyland-Inspired Bites reception station. Attendees can enjoy the grilled Pineapple of Adventureland, the Fantasyland-inspired Snow White Apple Verrine, or even a selection of Walt’s Classics, such as Vegetarian Chili.

Planning to host a dinner event? This menu has you covered with a wide selection of beautifully presented entrées, including the Roasted Herb Natural Chicken with Apple Stuffing or Beef Tenderloins with Poached Cipollini Onions.
